Coaching is a safe space for a client to explore areas in their life where they'd like to see change, its not about looking to the past to work through issues thats a counsellors job and its not about telling you what to do, that should only be your job! It's about taking a person where they are right now in the present and supporting them while they discover and move towards their goal. There is accountability & goal setting that is driven by the Client, setting the agenda & direction not the coach
